The Venue

Our home for this retreat is Mas Salagros, a 5* EcoResort which is nestled in a nature reserve just a 30 min drive from Barcelona. Here we can enjoy long hikes and leisurely walks in their extensive grounds, as well as enjoying some downtime in the SPA and bath circuit by AIRE ancient baths. The restaurant serves top quality organic Mediterranean cuisine, much of which is grown in their own gardens.
